2024-2025 ALTOUR Entertainment Program
As we all know “one size does not fit all” so this Program has two tiers to choose from. We also made the decision to offer the Program for two years instead of one, so you don’t have to complete the RFP every year. The RFP will run through December 2025. If for any reason you are unable to commit to the two years, we can also work with you on a yearly basis.
If you participate in the ALTOUR Entertainment Program, your property will receive the following benefits throughout the year:
- Updates for ALTOUR, GTC, and In the Know agents on the benefits of booking through the program (higher commission, amenities, promotions etc)
- Entertainment visits at select ALTOUR, GTC, and In the Know office locations once they re-open.
- Regular email blasts sent to all Entertainments agents at ALTOUR, GTC and In the Know highlighting Entertainment properties and specific group promotions/updates for this specialist market.

- 5% Minimum Off BAR

- Rates Loaded in the GDS
- All Entertainment bookings to be serviced as a group

For Group Entertainment Bookings (more than 9 Rooms)
- 15% Minimum Commission
- 5% Minimum Off BAR
- High Speed WIFI
- Water in Room Daily
- No non-refundable Rates for Groups
- Covid-19 cancellation flexibility
- Upgrades for Talent

TIER #2 - $1000 Participation Fee (one time fee for two years)
